What we are looking for
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Leader that thrives in a quick sales cycle
environment. You will work closely with our COO play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Helping us set up our Sales function: As our first sales employee, you will be responsible
for working closely with the founding team to build out our sales processes and assist in
hiring the first 2-5 team members
- Being the face of the organization to prospective customers and helping understand
customer needs
- Taking the lead in reaching out to all inbound leads and converting them into paying
customers
- Closing sales and achieving growth targets
- Building and training the team once we build out the organization
Qualifications
- You believe in the value of a multi-lingual education and its potential to better equip kids for challenges they will face in the future; you care deeply about successful outcomes and happy customers
- Fluency in Polish and English
- 3+ years of experience post university/college in sales
- Strong presence and experience in handling multiple calls a day
- Energetic, highly motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Detail orientation and strong organization skills to remain on top of deadlines
